We will advertise your property to buyers through online property portals. Your property may be selected for social media and window display. A for sale board is erected upon instruction. We also have an optional 360-degree virtual tour which can assist to further enhance your property.
SALES PROGRESSION
We liaise with you and your purchaser, legal representatives, surveyors and mortgage brokers to ensure your sale is progressed as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
OFFERS
All offers will be formally logged and a 'notification of offer' will be sent to you via email. We will help negotiate the best possible outcome for you and your property, this may include desired price and timeframe.
AGREED SALE
Upon your sale being agreed, we will write to all parties including the instructed solicitors/conveyancers with the 'memorandum of sale'. Your chosen conveyancer will then send you a 'client care pack'. It is important this information is returned promptly, this will ensure that your buyers can progress with relevant searches and enquiries. Your 'PropertyFile' will show the timeline of your sale. We recommend keeping regular contact with your solicitor/conveyancer, this will help progress the sale in a timely manner.
EXCHANGE AND COMPLETION
Upon your buyers solicitor being in receipt of searches, mortgage offer and satisfied enquiries a completion date will be offered. It is possible to exchange contracts 28 days prior to completion, once contracts have exchanged the sale is legally binding.
