Trish has lived at the coast her whole life and enjoys selling and renting property to our friendly coastal locals but thrives on dealing with those who are yet to experience the beauty of our coast.
Achieving over 10 years' in Estate Agency, Trish started her career working for a large national agency, gaining experience in all aspects of the business at the very highest level from negotiating sales to running an office at management level.
Progressing her career further by setting up Richardsons in 2011 so she could concentrate on creating an Agency that was focused around what she believed in, the customer. Since that day she has been dedicated to growing the business and establishing a respected name within the industry. Her passion for people and property is what drove her forward. At the beginning, she was working single-handedly from dawn to dusk to build up her client base. Over time, through word of mouth and recommendations, clients naturally started coming to her.
After six years of carefully growing and nurturing the business, Trish was able to move to a larger, customer-facing office and employ experienced members of staff, offering a range of services, including residential sales and lettings, property management, mortgages and solicitors.
